At BOTE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
